Trinity Scientist's Breakthrough Could Transform Mass Storage of Digital Data

A team of physicists from the SFI funded AMBER Centre at Trinity College Dublin have made a new device which could lead to a breakthrough in mass storage of digital data. Two PhD students, Yong Chang Lau from Malaysia and Davide Betto from Italy, working with senior researcher Dr Karsten Rode, Professor Michael Coey and Professor Plamen Stamenov published their results in the prestigious journal Nature Nanotechnology earlier this summer. Find out more..
